1. Minimum Order Value (MOV)

  • The minimum order value for wholesale purchases is £500+VAT 

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Wholesale prices are provided upon request and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payments must be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
  • Full payment is required before shipment.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated based on order size and destination.
  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Delivery times vary by location and shipping method.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for defective items only.
  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team for a Return Authorization Number.
  • Returned items must be in original packaging and condition.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without penalty.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours may incur a restocking fee.

6. Damaged or Defective Goods

  • Report any damaged or defective goods within 7 days of receipt.
  • We will provide a replacement or refund for any verified damaged or defective items.
